I am required to inform you that I was provided a free copy of this title to offer this review.

When God has a call on a person's life, it is amazing to see the beauty He is able to make out of our darkness.  Mark Foss was destroying his life, and heading into disaster at the speed of light.  He spent much of his youth destroying himself, and hurting all of  the people who loved him.  God had a plan for him.  When he was sent to prison three times, I am sure that he could not have believed what God had planned for him.

Mark Foss was trapped in a destructive and addictive lifestyle.  He believed that he would spend his entire life addicted to drinking and drugs.  He didn't even believe that God could help him.  When Mark had come to the end of himself, and found himself in the back of a police cruiser, he called out to God and surrendered his life to God.  In the back of that cruiser, God began an amazing work in Mark's life.

Through the power of God, Mark was able to get clean and sober.  He was able to build a relationship with his sons, and to find a wife to share in his new life of service to God.  Through the power of God, Mark began a ministry for men and women just like him.  God is using him and his ministry to save people from the prison of drug and alcohol addiction.  Mark has an amazing story to share with the world.  It is a story about the power of God and His great mercy on broken people.  This is an inspiring story.  It should keep us humble, because we once came from the same dark places.  It should offer hope to the broken hearted, because God can work the same wonder in your life.  If you or someone you know is suffering through this same struggle, then this is a great book for you.  I hope you will find all of the encouragement that I have found in it.  God is so good, and nothing is too much for Him.
